One day a week in a school supporting the headteacher and senior leadership team with a range of aspects of school leadership including
· Financial management and reporting
· Monitoring - establishing routines and structures
· Evaluation - bringing together evidence to formulate a judgement of effectiveness and action plan areas for development
· HR issues - responding to allegations, contractual issues, disciplinary and capability issues and building support plans
· Leadership organisation
· Development of governors
· Policy development
· Improving pupil behaviour
· Annual and termly school improvement planning
· Pastoral support and wellbeing for leaders
